Chef cook Monika Schuster never dreamed of spending most of her time in the kitchen. It was during her training in hotel management that her talent in the kitchen was discovered. And so it was that she decided to add on a training as a chef. After stops in Nice, Florence, and at the renowned Dallmayr, she decided to move on to new ventures and joined forces wih an old friend. Anka Köhler, a successful master and pastry chef herself, lovingly called the "queen of sauces" by colleagues, had successfully worked in various Michelin star restaurants. Together the two opened up The Einmacherei, setting out to create delicious food in preserving jars. In their cozy yet perfectly organized kitchen only the finest ingredients find their way into pots and pans. With their longstanding network of excellent suppliers they are able to ensure a constant high level of quality. Today The Einmacherei calls over 80 creations its own: from soups and sauces over wonderful main courses to delicious desserts they are all a feast and in harmony with the seasons. Boar Gulasch with thyme and quince and carrot ginger soup with coconut are just two delicious examples that make your mouth water.
If you enjoy excellent food with only the best ingredients you are apt to love this concept - and so it is that The Einmacherei fascinates both young and old alike. Thanks to Monika and Anka we can now serve wonderful meals within 5 minutes time even on the most hectic days.
The Einmacherei is simply pure indulgence out of the glas.
