FAF is a multicultural project founded by four female creatives in the San Frediano neighborhood of Florence. British born Jane, who works wonders with wood, Giulia, an Italian graphic designer who specializes in silk screen painting, Dutch born Jacqueline, designer of handmade porcelain objects with a special touch and finally Japanese designer Ayako who handprints her fabric accessories, all set out to bring a little more sensibility and creativity into our lives.
FAF offers beautifully unique handcrafted objects. Aside from paying great attention to sustainability the founders strongly believe in the respect for and exchange between different cultures as this truly enriches our lives. Also central to FAF is the emphasis on the importance of women in society and the need for women to support eachother. Together they are stronger and make the world a better place.
