Nørrebro is a vibrant, multicultural, pulsating neighborhood. It lies west of the old city, on the other side of the Copenhagen lakes. From originally being a working class area it has advanced to become a hip, melting pot bustling with students and creativity. The streets around Emegade are lined with little shops, cafes and bars. At St.Hans Torv you can dive into the pulsating night life. Nørrebro is a district in which you can easily loose yourself. Actually it is a place where you should loose yourself. You will discover a colorful world, not to mention some of the best street food you have ever eaten.

But there is also another side to Nørrebro's pulsating, vibrant character. The area around the lakes is perfect for relaxing or taking a walk and enjoying nature. The locals also like unwinding at the beautifully green Assistens Cemetery.
